How long does delivery take?

Delivered across India, typically in five to six days. Around a festival, order a few days ahead: the week before is the busiest of the year and couriers slow down with it.

Can I return this hamper?

No. Hampers are assembled to order and most contain food, so a hamper cannot be returned or exchanged once it has shipped. If one arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we remake it and send it again at no charge, with nothing to send back. An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.

Can I add a message card?

Yes. Add a handwritten message at checkout and we write it out and tuck it inside, so it arrives ready to give with no invoice or pricing in the box.
