A personalised gift is the one nobody can return, because it was only ever meant for one person. These are made to order in our Bengaluru studio: a name in gold foil, a date engraved into leather, a photograph printed and framed.
You can start from a hamper we have put together and change what is in it, or build the box yourself from the shelf up. Either way nothing is pulled off a shelf and nothing is drop-shipped.
Customised gifts need a little more time than the rest — usually two to four working days before dispatch, depending on what is being engraved or printed. Tell us the date you need it by and we will say plainly whether it can be done.
Both spellings find the same shelf: personalised gifts and personalized gifts are the same range, and India types them interchangeably. Personalised gifts for a girlfriend or a boyfriend are the most asked for, and custom gifts for parents and colleagues follow close behind — a photo mug for a desk, a name bracelet, an engraved wallet, a photo frame for a wall that has been bare since somebody moved in.
You answer a short set of questions — the occasion, who it is for, what they like, your budget — and we come back with a quote and photographs of what we propose to pack. Nothing is charged until you have seen it.
No minimum, though under about a thousand rupees a ready-made hamper is usually better value: the box, the filler and the packing cost the same whatever goes in them.
Usually three to five working days from the point you approve the quote, longer if something has to be engraved or printed. Tell us the date you need it by and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
Yes — logo on the card, your colours on the ribbon and box, and a printed insert if you want one. Send a vector file of the logo if you have one; a small PNG prints as a small PNG.
Post it to the studio and we will pack it as though it were ours. It is the usual way people include a letter, a ring, or something that has to come from them rather than from a shop.
Yes. We deliver nationwide from our studio in Bengaluru. Metro cities and most tier-two cities are the quickest; remote pin codes add a day or two. The delivery window shown on each product is the one we commit to for that item.
Every hamper takes a message card, written by hand and tucked inside before the box is tied. Add your words at checkout. If you would rather the card stayed blank so you can write it yourself, say so and we will leave it.
Send us one photograph on WhatsApp and we will remake the affected part and resend it. We do not ask you to return a damaged gift first — it is a present, and the person receiving it should not be handling a return.
