If one arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we remake it and send it again at no charge, with nothing to send back. An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.
- Can I add a message card?
- Yes. Add a handwritten message at checkout and we write it out and tuck it inside, so it arrives ready to give with no invoice or pricing in the box.
